The players go on the ice 1 at a time and start at the half rank then go 1 on 1 with the goalie. They get to shoot once and if puck don't go in then the puck is dead then the other team tries. Since there's no pressure from defense or risk of getting hit, the players are able to really get in their bag and do some crazy shit. Some of the most fancy trick shots u will ever see.

Overall gretzky had the best career but played in the best situation as well. The other 3 must be considered before giving the title to gretzky

I am not sure about that. If Gretzky had grown up with the current generation of NHL stars, he would have trained in the same way that they do now. He most likely would have been physically stronger as well. But main thing that distinguished him from other players was his hockey intelligence, he out thought his opponents more so than he out performed ... he was always a step or two ahead thinking wise.
