    Hi Sir, i have a doubt, we are able to open sales cloud or service cloud or any other via app launcher. But app launcher is specified for apps right. So are these clouds too considered as apps?

    Thank you for making this video, it was really insightful, eagerly awaiting sales cloud video.
    Would highly appreciate it, if you can make a detailed video about Experience/community cloud too.

    The lady who told about clinical trials and marketing cloud, the interviewer might have expected some other cloud(i guess service) other than marketing because they might not concentrate much on marketing part with Salesforce. Their core business functionality might be service only so they were not expecting anything about marketing. Just like paytm majorly has service cloud than compared to sales cloud. Correct me if my perception is wrong

    Great session, Thank you!. I have a doubt. What is the difference between web to case and the case raised through customer community cloud?

    • @Mtripathi347
      @Mtripathi347  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Thank you for watching.. they both are essentially two different ways to create cases in salesforce, while web to case allows your customers to raise case from company websites, community cloud allows them to have a self service portal from where they can create a case...

      Ok, Thank you. So once it is a case, the next steps of case management would be same for both use cases?
