Good tour, Drew! Right above that QD propane port on the passenger side, Lance should mount a rail system to allow the owner to hang a propane stove or BBQ on the side of the unit. A lot of tent trailers have this and it's SO convenient for people who like to do their cooking outdoors. Just a suggestion.

With the awning being powered is it possible to lower one end in case of a cloud burst?
The lateral arm awnings don't allow you to drop one side like a conventional awning. You would have to retract the awning when it rains.
Great video. What size jack pad can I get for the leveling feet for the stabilizers and tongue?
The smaller, 8.5" ones typically work fine for the stabilizers and tongue jack. Bigger would be fine, too.
