So many points which can take uranium higher but I think you touched on the primary one at end of discussuion and that is what will Russia do to retaliate. Given US is largest buyer of uranium, conversion, enrichment services in the world Russia has a lot of leverage.

The counter argument for Russia turning off the spigot is that Russia needs the money to continue their military ambitions.

Still in the trade, I realise we are in a holding pattern with price (especially on the ASX) for the last 2 months. It has probably scared off some.
It is also interesting that one of the developers, Bannaman recently stated that they have the the interests of the shareholders in any future contracting, so will happily sell to the west...or east.

can someone make a timer on the headlines?
I am curious if there is any concerns about Russia with there visit to Cuba and display of warships in proximity to Florida. Could this show increase nuclear fuel sanctions and further affect business interactions?
It's Jimmy Connor, thanks for the comment/question Jeff! I will bring this up during one of my next interviews but it doesn't appear to be getting much attention in mainstream media.
We have been hearing about the supply demand deficit for 5 years now and yes the price is slowly moving up it makes me wonder if there is a constant stream of supply coming into the market place to suppress the price. To get it going we need the Chinese to suck up all the supply the same way they are doing with gold.

justin the uranium sector is poor.
top 10 companies are not strong and the few that are doing ok have high pe ratios.
for me this sector is clutching on straws and is a no go area.
it appears a rather desperate naff sector from my review and thoughts on this.
It's Jimmy Connor, thanks for the comment! I am a big believer in the long term fundamentals of this trade. Barring any catastrophic event, uranium is going much higher. The big issue which you alluded to is that there are too few quality companies. There are only 5 names which many institutional investors can invest in.
Bad narrative that Utes are not focused on prices
Much talked about spike may not happen. Not a fan of bull bust scenario. This may become an elongated bull run, longer and higher in a decade. better for LT investors like me.

It's Jimmy Connor, thanks for the comment/question! Possibly but given the US is the single largest consumer of uranium, enrichment and conversion it is dependent on Russia. The politicians talk tough but that's why the current bill that passed doesn't go into effect until 2028. US utilities need Russia (at this point in time).

I started in this 8 years ago and subscribed to no body. By spending 3 hours a day 6 days a week I have made life changing returns with multiple 10 baggers. I now personally own 0.01% of the worlds Uranium.I am qualified to say who is full of shit and who isn’t. After 8 years of success I have just tonight signed up for Justin. I follow Rule, Alkin, Keller, Irwin and the rest of the best, but to me, Justin has the greatest over view and understanding. I’m totally self taught and done it all alone, but subscribing to Uranium insider can only be of benefit and save me a lot of time.
