I think it would be really insightful if you guys do a video talking through the money aspect of everything so the process of buying it, mortgage and rent/ future investment ideas etc. There aren’t many people in the UK that talk about property investments very openly. Would love to know more about it 😆

My only criticism would be I would of removed the kitchen wall and made it open plan. " any reason why u didn't" everyone loves open plan and it would of made it alot more spacious and the bath room I would of put a fancy black and white bathroom with a shower cubicle not many people like baths nowadays showers are more convient. Looking forward to the end resukt and I do hope u read this comment would love to know what u think

No, we paid under the asking price but renters in our area are offering over the advertised amount because there is a massive shortage of rental accommodation available
i love love LOVEEE how they actually do it all themselves. all these damn youtubers just "flip" a house by paying someone to do all the work and just show the house. the effort into working on the place is what makes it all worth it in the end. great job guys!
@@revealthewill theres nothing wrong with them. its just not fun to watch it being done that way. Also, by watching them do it all themselves, others are able to see how or what to do as well. And it helps them for their own demos. Not everyone is watching this video because they're just loyal fans. Some people saw a house flip and wanted to see how and what it took to get there
I think the problem is you have to have some kind of skill to do everything they did! Matt clearly has some kind of building background, correct me if I’m wrong I’m sure his dad is a builder? Me and my partner want to do the same but we definitely don’t have the skill set to do what they’ve done. Props to roxi for helping out. I definitely would want to learn but when you start messing around with things that traders train for things can go very wrong 🤣
Matts only background in building is building of sheds and log cabins as that’s the trade his dad is in! But a lot of the things we did do ourselves can easily be looked up on TH-cam and is a case of learning as you go! There’s a few things Matt wouldn’t do like brick laying and plastering! That’s something we did hire professionals for! Hope that helps xx
In the second video, can you talk about how much you bought the place for, how much you spent on fixing it up and how much you have/expect it to go for? i feel like numbers would be amazing to hear in case someone was interested in doing the same sort of thing for themselves.

Ah I love what you’re doing!🥰 the lights nearer the window (we have them upstairs in our house) I’m pretty sure it’s so it doesn’t create shadows on the curtains so people can’t see in from the outside (it that makes sense?)☺️
I'm looking forward the big reveal, I'm sure it's going to be cool. I already like the transformation of the garden. What I don't like in the house is that there's no powder room downstairs, it has only this 1 tiny bathroom upstairs and cannot imagine having to go upstairs to the toilet every time or telling the guests to go there. Obviously that's not your fault though.

I love that they removed the kitchen instead of demolishing it and wasting the materials (I know they could have still thrown it out but removal gives more of a chance for resale/reuse instead of throwing it broken in a skip)
