    I’m working on angles at the moment and specific poses. You make the basket one look so easy!! For some reason I feel like the babies are going to fall off so I put them further in the bucket and don’t end up getting a nice angle😫

    • @momtogeducate
      @momtogeducate  5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      The baby’s bum is deep in the basket or bucket... and as long as you prop up the chin to show the entire face, it should fix your problem.

      It’s the Einstein unit from Paulcbuff.com and it has a model light that stays on for focusing and then the light fires a flash. I use a wireless cactus trigger on my camera and on the flash unit to sync

    I just had a Photoshoot done for my newborn and was wondering if the forehead tapping is normal? I don’t see you do it and have been trying find answers for some of my photographer’s “soothing” techniques. Some through me off and almost had me screaming “what are you doing! Give me back my baby”...

    • @momtogeducate
      @momtogeducate  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I’m sorry you felt that way :(
      Gently tapping on the forehead while removing the pacifier is one way to distract baby to release the pacifier without waking up,
      Im sorry that your newborn session was so stressful. I’m not sure exactly what other soothing techniques they may have used, but hopefully you feel better soon,
      Perhaps Call your photographer and just mention the certain soothing techniques that make you uncomfortable.
      Perhaps the photographer is newer and should know for future sessions.

    As long as I have the proper amount of lighting in the proper place do I really NEED a flash? This is all diy "budget" I made my own diffuse lights for 3 point. For my own baby due next week😃 not for any clients. No clients just serious hobby. Have canon m50 with sigma 30mm(48) and a 105mm macro(168)
