    Ooni responded to my trouble ticket on the IR thermometer. They asked me to film a quick video of taking the temperature of boiling water. I sent them that video and they are sending me a replacement thermometer. They were very easy to deal with.

    My next video is some of my first pizzas on the Ooni. What pizzas would you like to see me make in the Ooni?

      Thank Bobbi! I have tried over the years to make a pizza in the regular oven and they just don't compare to the pizza out of the Ooni.

    I have a friend who has a pizza maker similar to yours (not sure if same brand though). It was a gift from his kids a couple of years ago. every friday night is now pizza night for them. Can't wait to see what you're going to make using it.

    Does the stone need to be seasoned before use?

    • @BensRamblings
      @BensRamblings  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      It does not need to be seasoned, you just burn it for 30 minutes on high one time to burn off any oil from manufacturing. Then once it cools you wipe the inside down with a paper towel.

    I'm surprised that they make a stainless steel wire bristle brush for cleaning.

      It is a very soft bristle, similar to a brass bristle, not like what you would use to remove paint or anything like that. Other companies sell brass ones.
