He was aggressed from his drones on the npc in the combat site. He assumed because his bastion was down so was his timer. But his drones kept on fighting the npc :)
@@brianchristopher8843 drones don't stay connected when he warps out (unlike fighters) so they would not prevent him from docking, but weapon timer from bastion would

Imagine assaulting a mrauder with a 20 man fleet ( small stuffs that he cannot even track ) not managing to keep him in place while he was in the site and laughting at him after he warped for an error to the citadel instead of a safe... that's called being lucky not good at the game. lucky this guy did a mystake, lucky the citadel did not attack your leshaks.
