Love these vlogs inside the bookshop and about the books, gives me a real sense of nostalgia. With this manic world where everyone’s life revolves around screens it’s so nice to read a physical book and keep this alive and not live our lives around social media and screens all the time. Such a cosy vlog 📚 What attracts me to books at first is the cover and title then I read the synopsis 🙌📚

I’m praying your shop becomes a huge success and beats the odds against the giant corporations ruling the book world. If I ever get to England again from California, I will make your shop a must-see stop! I love your passion and your presence in front of a camera! ❤
No storage. We order in new titles when the old ones sell (or decide to stop stocking). I did a lot of research before picking the titles and we continue to evolve and shift what we order. Publishers catalogues, bookselling conferences, web research, prior knowledge…all these methods
