Thanks for your thoughtful reaction video! In Japanese culture, it's rare for people to say "I love you" to each other, even between family members, which I think is the reason why the title is "I love ...", because of the hesitance to complete the sentence. I think Hige Dan's song is talking about how he wants to finish the phrase and tell his loved ones "I love you."
