Помоему, в начале нужно сконструировать тулью по размерам объема головы, а затем, исходя из размеров ее верхней и нижней дуг, сконструировать донышко и поля. Данное видео для любителя кроить и шить своими руками - бесполезно!

頭のサイズを55cmにしたい場合は②や③の長さってどうなりますか？？😣
私の頭のサイズも55㎝ですが、私は少し緩めのデザインが好きなので60ｃｍサイズで満足しています。もし頭のサイズが55㎝で少しぴったりのサイズが欲しい場合下記の寸法をお勧めします。下記の寸法で帽子を作った場合の頭のサイズは正確に57.8㎝です。
①トップクラウンの直径16.5㎝（円周は51.81㎝）
②サイドクラウン：51.38㎝÷2㎝＝25.9㎝
横25.9㎝、縦8㎝の長方形を書いたら、四等分にして1㎝+1㎝＋1㎝ずつ開きます。（そしたら下の部分は28.9㎝になります。）
③ツバ：28.9㎝÷2＝14.45
横14.45㎝、縦7㎝の長方形を書いたら、四等分にして1㎝+1.5㎝+1.5㎝+1.5㎝ずつ開きます。

Uses a cloth interlining. Since the denim fabric was thick, I used a normal thickness for the interlining. The seam allowance is 0.39 inches

Как я понимаю. 17 - задумка мастера. 26,79 это 17 умноженное на число Пи и поделенное на два. 30 - нужная вам окружность, поделенная на два. )
