This quest... This fucking quest! Could be faster, but this is still only 2 secs slower than Cantaperme's run so I'll take it! Sad I missed that attack when he was in the air :(
Nice run Caolan! Garuga has a great head to snipe with the hammer, but man his movements can be so annoying... was originally the monster i wanted to do a hammer run on, but after several failed attempts i got too fed up with him :'D
Thanks! I had my fair share of failed attempts as well. Been casually attempting this quest a couple times a week for the past few months. It can be pretty rage inducing, especially if he decides to spam his insta charge. I could never make it past 2 or 3 attempts before rage quitting and fighting something else. Glad I was finally able to get this done, it wasn’t easy for me 🤣
@@caolanberg3837 lol, pretty much how i felt as well in a nutshell whenever i tried hunting him. that insta charge sure gets ones blood boiling :'D . well again, job well done!

I’m glad the first S rank time I found is from a hammer bro :). I’m definitely going to keep trying to get that S rank with the hammer now I know it’s possible, now I just need to have him not just constantly charge me ;(
@@caolanberg3837 hes never even in the center of the arena for me always at the far end not even noticing me. Gladly only had to fight him once reallt not trying that hard for barrage earrings the sword saint is just fine.
Chad Burton Yeah, this quest was super frustrating. I don’t even want the earring, I just like trying to get S rank on quests with hammer, my favourite weapon. You couldn’t pay me to do this again though 😀
I dont mind the shitty armor set, but forcing us to play and learn specific weapon, its nice to encourage player but when some rewards locked behind arena, it feels bs.
@@manikaditha6308 I never even did some of the arena quests cause they don’t have my weapons. I’m just glad I didn’t need the rewards for the weapons I play. One thing I really miss from Iceborne is the special arena quests, hope Sunbreak can have that in the game. Was probably where I spent most of my time in that game

Hunters Domain Thx again. May try some Deadeye hunting, I hear he’s not as bad. Still haven’t done any EX’s and should probably get on that!
