Madam if I bought shares worth 30 lakh, did positional trading, number of trades in one year are 100, turnover is 3 crore, profit is 4 lakh. I want to show it as STCG. Can I show it as STCG or IT Department will insist that it should be shown as business. I am not working but have other passive income and total income is more than 8 lakh
