So beautiful, your poems, your stories of struggle with the wrong person, the way your energy feeds off of each other and you truly really listen to each other and have both a deep respect and playfulness. I really adore you both and want to acknowledge you for just really leaning into what you need and desire and not stopping until you find it. And for sharing. It’s brave and hard to do to be vulnerable about the tenderness, the inner fears, the trauma and unwillingness to love yourself before. But it is so compelling when you are brave and vulnerable. You give others permission to not get it right the first time. The way you both speak of your power growing by being a team and support for each other is so encouraging. I truly believe our deep soul longings are there for a reason. Deeper than our wounds, but truly our desires of who we will be to help the world comes from the Universe. What we go through creates the drive, compassion and true understanding of how to walk others through their pain. And to see you both ignite when you are together and be able to make your purpose bigger together-is so beautiful. You speak about reviewing trauma when you are loved fully and that it’s not traumatic anymore. I love that. I study age regression hypnosis or RTT under Marisa Peer and that is exactly why the therapy I learn works. And who would you be without these old stories that have held you hostage? It’s so beautiful to see that you are showing the world this fully loving another and yourself to a what comes forth.💕 I believe we are here to experience life fully first, and the contrast of the pain and sadness and struggle makes joy, love, peace and connection all the sweeter. It makes us feel alive and truly in love w life to know both sides of the pendulum. And then, by our own healing of our wounds and knowing the darkness, can we really truly help others and the world. I went to a therapist that I understood as being spiritual. She was a basic by the book person. I need to heal myself. I learned more from this podcast on how to do that than the sic months I spent going to Janet. Thank you, Janet for not responding to my emails before you left the place you were practicing. Now I want to learn from whoever these people learned from.
Therapists are so half-half, you will most likely have to spend time and money experimenting with different therapists to find the right one for you. Idk, the conventional model of therapy sometimes doesn't sit so right with me and I feel it enables people to wear "mental illnesses" as badges.
I can so much relate to so many things Vylana is saying. Although with a totally different background, I can absolutely see parallels of my evolution with what she’s saying. Thank you for this 🙏🙏🙏

Something which you said in this video reminded me of a conversation you had with Whitney on her channel. You talked about your radical truth,; how sharing your thoughts with others - your true, real, un-abashed thoughts - was what you regarded as the best possible way to be with the ones that you are closest to. Yet, in the situation of waiting for Vylana.. giving her the space she needed.. your truth was feeling antsy, feeling put out, feeling inpatient. Perhaps being so radically honest wouldn't have been helpful to share in this situation as you found out. You kept your truth to yourself and trusted in the process. Your story is beautiful x
