CeeCee you have my heart! So many people, even vocal coaches etc. don't react to Winner because of their image (foreign fans don't seem to know they're performance based) or don't pull in big numbers (they are loved by Korean GP but not K-Pop stans). And channels like this that actually analyze and not just react are great for groups like this. Also for Micah - your moment of complimenting Jinwoo brought me pure joy. He used to have serious stage/performance anxiety and it would cause issues when he sang and he was notorious for forgetting lyrics... YG's founder yelled at him on national tv over his struggle. But these guys have each other's backs. They've done radio and Hoon and Minho will pull out lyrics on their phone and make hilarious comments about unfair expectations and Yoon also assigns parts to Jinwoo (in the old day he would do this even when YG said no). Yoon also loves rock and had a solo career before Winner but when YG pushed him to do solo work after Winner's debut he publicly declared he wouldn't do a solo ep again until all members had a solo song on an album. He kept his promise (Stealer dropped in 2013 and Page came out in 2021).
I’ve enjoyed winner since they were a 5piece group. Hopefully this reaction and your positivity will stimulate more reactors to venture away from just mainstream acts and into other artists. There’s a lot of talent in Korea it’s nice to see some more variety!

Inner Circle forever!!! I've been with Winner since beginning & love them!! Their concerts are amazing & you should really go if you ever get the chance. They are such individuals with their own vibe but amazing chemistry together too. They are definitely a special group. 🥰❤
Also what got me into Winner is their bsides. They perform a lot of Tropical beats as thats what the GP loves in Korea about them but they got awesome discography. They are very diverse. Yoon is still the main producer with Mino producing some of the songs. Mino and Hoony write their own rap parts.
In terms of WINNER's discography if you listen do their albums you'll hear a lot more genres of music. 🥰
They got some banging rnb bsides. My bad, Teaser, Not Shy, and amazing ballads. Some of my faves from them. They like to perform hype songs tho cuz they like jumpinggg lol

Thanks for your insightful reaction. Just wanna point out Yoon in particular. He sings that way. He sings w his emotions that is why he won the King of Mask Singer 6 times. He also debuted with a rock star ish vibe before debuting as part of Winner. You can check his debut songs. He had a duet w Daesung in yg family concert before and it was so good.
This lady only threw facts about WINNER💅🏼(and she's so funny lol). What are you waiting for stanning them? They produce only quality music and in all genres you want. I’m a huge Inner Circle. It’s so fun to see Ceecee as a fan of a group for once lol. I’d love to go to a concert of theirs. They’ll probably never come to Europe though. T_T Best bet on seeing them is going to Korea in the summer. They’re always booked and busy at all the summer festivals there. ^^

What I love about Winner is their individuality. Each of them has a very distinct sound and style and they really do mesh perfectly together. ✨

🎸Yoon, his vocal is no joke. that's why he proved it by winning 6 times as a champion on KOMS and being a vocal judge on several reality shows.
🕺Hoony, when talking about dance he is one of the main Dancers in YG and has been a judge and Mentor on one of the survival shows about Dancing.
🍀Jinu, he is top 3 in YG when talking about visuals.Apart from that he is also active in various shows or programs including In November 2016, Jinwoo was announced as the lead in the production of The Little Prince by the Korean National Contemporary Dance Company. He is the first K-pop idol to be part of a contemporary dance production.

Also, WINNER (particularly Seungyoon and Mino) are the main producers of 99% of all of their songs. They had tried many genres that they think the locals will love that. It's just that Island are perfect for Summer, and most of their albums are released during Summer season that's why they are called Summer Kings. You might also want to react to their b-sode tracks since they also have many amazing songs there☺️🙏

I was a little sad they didn't do Sentimental. Mino's solo stuff is reeeeeally good. Seungyoon is a very versatile singer. He was Chow Yun Fat on King of Masked singer and one 6 times. Ha Hyun Woo holds the title for most wins on that show (9 wins) and he is a monster vocalist, Son Seungyeon (Sonnet Song) and Yang Yosoeb (from Highlight/Beast) tie at second place.
they will never do sentimental, it is produced by Taehyun. They stopped singing Taehyun's song since he left.

I LOVE winner, somehow they are underrated and not as popular anymore, which is incredible sad because they have really good music. You should definitely react to some solo stuff from Yoon (I recommend “Masked of the singer” songs and other songs he performed on tv shows) and Mino (“Runaway” and his solo albums)!
They arent popular internationally but they are doing well in SK. They are always on TV (weekly) as a group or individual. They managed to attract 20k ppl for their guerilla concert. Still have endorsements, be invited in festivals even without a comeback, also as talent show judges. Theres many more group that has bigger international fanbase that would trade for that kind of recognition Winner has in SK.
@@scallywag2019 you are right, compared to other groups their national fanbase may be bigger, but tbh it's still not THAT big (also they were bigger before especially when they debuted and with Really Really). it's mostly mino who's more popular, but I really want them to be even more successful, tho they are considered as artists that have already "made it".
