We have a girl with high functioning Down syndrome that does dishes for our restaurant. When she’s all caught up I let her help with making tacos she’s loves it. The first day I showed her how afterwards she walked around telling everyone “Ben showed me how to make tacos I can make them better than you now” 😂

Although, on a very serious note, I think he might want to get tested for sleep apnea -- which may possibly lead to a CPAP machine which will benefit him incredibly if he sticks with it. I speak from my own experience. He's definitely lucky he has you as his boss. I never thought I'd love a channel about the cement business -- though I suspect it's way more about the humanity of it all. Fascinating.
He really needs to get checked for sleep apnea . I ended up getting the machine and it made a world of difference. Hopefully someone can pass it along to his dad.
I literally thought the same thing. I have sleep apnea and have to use a CPAP. If he doesn't get it treated it can lead to serious health complications including an Enlarged Heart.

Please consider buying a UPS for your computer. That way if the power goes out, your machine runs off battery power for a few minutes for you to save off your important files and can shutdown properly until power is restored.
So glad I found your channel, reminds me of my dads shop. We had a Darrel Jr. kept the 8 hour at work seem like 1. My pop retired after 50 years but he made sure he had a part time job at the surrounding shops. 8 years later, he’s working at 2 shops. They even go pick him up ❤

You need to watch out for UPS state. I seen UPS protected computers going offline because of beaten up batteries while non-protected was fine.

@@tylerbrown8486 yeah I mean they technically probably never asked for this but still the least they could do is cut him a 50% off deal or an at cost deal every once in a while when their trucks are featured in the videos. Then again they have had one or two folks completely botch a couple of the loads so it’s not always glitz and glamour for them.
They give me nothing but a bill unfortunately.
