Thanks, bios battery change karo or koi cpu me loose connection ya cable hai to usey change ya tight karo jissey wo hile nahi or, bios setting me jakar default setting ok karo, or fir start karo ho jayega ok

Firstly check SMPS fan once they work properly then You should go did other things most the cases due to power shorting SMPS fault plugout SMPS on mother board check if they were work properly then go to other things

don't buy new ram, first put old ram in other slot, then check pc if still not solve then unplug & plug all cables from motherboard and then again check pc if still not solve now change bios battery and restore default bios setting and check again 99% solve and for 1 % buy new ram for your satisfaction or may be other reason or cause....i think it may be helpful for u....thank
