It's kind of amazing how much attention to detail was put in this game.
If you had killed Lou before playing this mission, Lincoln's dialogue changes. Paraphrasing, but Lincoln will say something along the lines of "say hi to Lou, and Sal's coming along soon". This change only happens if you rubbed Lou out first; rubbing out Olivia but not killing Lou yet will not trigger the change.

Lincoln trying to escape a burning building while covered in gas. Logic thing: He never burns to death.
In reality, when you're covered in gas, you may catch on fire while trying to escape a burning building. Because the heat can light up the gasoline oil.
If you are covered in oil you may catch on fire brushing past something incredibly hot, let alone being anywhere near fire and he lit a match.

@Marsel Ongker If they gonna do Mafia 3 remake, that will be awesome but they need to do that right this time, I would love a lot scenes with Tommy, Remy, Lou and Tony. They were the best villains and Giorgi as well.

Sometimes I think of this: If Tommy wanted to be a mobster and Sal thinks he’s a smart kid and can become anything, I’m thinking, Sal could’ve convince him to go to law school, become a lawyer, then he’ll make tommy a family consigliere. If Sal done that, Marcano family would’ve been little bit more… untouchable and powerful..?

I usually save Tommy for the last. Storywise, Sal is trying to build a casino to go clean. My idea is taking down the consegliere first, then Lou as a warning. Like that, Sal loses the political support to legalise the gambling in the city. Then go after Olivia, then, Sal loses any chances of getting the rights over the lands of the casino. By the time Tommy is the last, Sal only has money and men, no hope of recovering by that time of the storm any time soon. Even If Lincoln was killed by Tommy, the Marcano family would not be able to recover the City. Not even with the three mobster under Lincoln divided.

I always laughed. Lincoln clearly moving his arms up and down trying to fray the rope and tommy is too deep into talking and hits him after many seconds of Lincoln still fraying the rope

This game could use a lot of improvements. They only slightly fixed the graphics in the definitive edition... another disappointment. Lol. I laughed when Lincoln was fraying the ropes right in front of em.
I had hoped for a chapter select for the definitive edition at least.
This game has so many great missions and set pieces to look at, but the save feature doesn't accomodate. (Play a mission and that's it, or start over on a new save file.)
MagicMaster667 in Mafia 3 you can only play as Lincoln. Character selection wouldn’t work. In mafia 2 there’s Joes adventures. You could play as Joe and do his crap while Vito is in jail. There’s also one more dlc where you can play as another character I don’t remember that one
@@JacksonGuitarsPlayer03 I meant chapter select as in loading different save points from the campaign to replay them, like in Mafia 1 & 2.

It's really easy you pick a district and the boss who gets it don't try to pick a district and split it between 2 people cause it's not gonna work

I just killed Tommy before Lou. Kinda sad you see Sal almost crying but you never see a scene of Lou visibly reacting to the death of his baby brother all he cares about is Sal skinning his hide for letting Judge Holden get killed
Sal will also blame Lou for letting Holden getting killed. The Dupree Trial was creating too much attention and should have handed the case over to another US5CJ

@@MagicMaster667 ahhh, I always tend to do the knife animation, not as quick and painless as a bullet to the head but not as agonizing as the burning, idk out of all the Capos, I think Tommy is the only one Sal seems to at least be remorseful of their death.

@@joshuawillis602 Actually, no both Berk and Cassandra's endings destroy the city. Lincoln taking over with all 3 is the second-best as Lincoln takes Marcano's place. While take out all 3 of your lieutenants get Lincoln killed by Father James.

@@joshuawillis602 Well there are two good endings and both Vito and Lincoln get what they want, Vito gets a proper send-off and leaves the city in good hands while building a life of his own. Fine, they are both the best ending and Lincoln taking over is the canon ending, if you are so insistent.

I prefer mafia 2 a true mafia game.
This game needed at least another year before release, two to be close to the quality of Mafia 2. At least the story is good, better watched on TH-cam than played though.

I disagree I love this game it doesn’t feel broken to me it does have its issues but the story and characters are amazing.
