Finally managed to build it, and it works fine, it would have been nice and easier, if a schematic to follow was disponible from the beginning of the video! Add transistor + Relay + a 10K Pot , to 4th green led to disconnect the battery when desired voltage if reached!!
Would the lm324 handle 20v with the 10k’s or would things heat up too much or need a different chip? Theres a million of the lm series and just wanting a quick answer if knowledgable.. thanks:)

These guys never insert a schematic. I watched a ham guy build an antenna. One sketch would have saved 40 minutes. Draw the sketch and insert it at the end and you will have more followers.
