I absolutely love this Wagon!!! It was originally how I found your channel!! Would be cool to engrave those covers “The Rambler C4 by RUSTOMOD”. You could even put Corvette Badges on it too, let people wonder if you’re bluffing or not. Just some thoughts, glad this thing is back!
I had to make a trip from Fla to Tennessee and my wipers quit working just before I left and I didn't have time to ck out the problem so I grabbed the Rain X and applied a heavy coat.. Well it poured rain during the trip but it jumped off the windshield like water on a hot pan... The faster I went, the better it worked....Don't leave home without it...
I drove from CT to Key West, FL with no wipers. I just washed off the window heavily with Rain X every time we stopped. Zero issues and we caught rain the whole trip
It may be a good idea to custom Fab an extension on the valve covers to add oil so it pokes through otherwise you have to carry around a tool just to pull the cover off to add oil. Otherwise, that thing looks bad ass.
Awesome build idea but it brings up 2 points. 1) Rear weight... the wagon is by nature too heavy for it's donor frame. An idea but removing as much factory weight on the wagon is desirable for performance, keeping safety and rigidity. 2) The coils... the stock LS coils will not fit into the valve covers. Unless you put them on the firewall, you have to buy the coils in a smaller package and bolt those into your vale covers. Your build totally, this is food for thought only.
Yes definitely the wagon is much heavier over the rear we have come up with a way to make the coilovers work with the added weight I’ll show in the coming episodes. And the cool thing about these valve covers is the coils mount under that top plate so you can run the factory coils they just are covered up with the top plate

Yeah the valve covers are gonna be awesome I’ll share more in the next episode
Just apply a heavy coat of Rain-X before you go on tour and you won't need any wipers... Amazing stuff...
Haha yes!

Good to know these ones are tight but seem to fit
