Is it confirmed that listing groups are actually connected to the Display component of the campaign? The previews show products from the whole catalog but I'm not sure if that's just a shortcoming of the preview tool.

Hi John, Your tricks for pmax is really going good . But why i actually observed that in Pmax campaign, we just getting clicks or you can say trigger few products only, out of 20 products just getting clicks on 5 to 7 products rest of the products are not getting even clicks or impressions also not improving after 10 to 15 days also. please suggest something so we can get clicks on all the product added in particular group. once click will come then only conversions will happen on that particular products.

Hi, great video , have a doubt , I have multiple categories in my ecommerce website, have made asset groups for certain products (,Example Campaign Name : TV mounts & stands with Asset Groups: TV Wall & Ceiling Mounts , TV desk Arms , TV floor stands) in the Listings Tab , should I exclude other products not in those above asset groups created , categories such as Rechargeable Batteries , HDMI cables and so on....

Remarketing (min 5:00) if you have (one campaign) and an asset group (& listing group) of 'shirts' and they click on a shirt. But they then look at 'pants' and add to cart.... only the 'shirt' would be remarketed? Could we make a asset & listing group with audience 'add to carts' with all products? Or add the audience to a normal 'Pants' asset group? Would a listing group of all products then cannibalize any 'pants' and/or 'shirts' asset group? thx

Hey, your content on sol8 is 👌🏻I will start PMAX for a customer but what about when you have several different themes / services that the customer wants to run leads for? Is it possible to split up different different segments / themes in a PMax campaign or do you need to create several PMax campaigns? Customer has 4 different themes / services and 4 different unique landing pages.

Hi @Pär Ekelöf, you can create different asset group for eachof those 4 different themes/services and attach unique audience signals with each of them as well. This is the really the beauty of Performance Max!

thanks again for the video series, it has helped me get started with performance max :) Is it just me, or is it really annoying though that there is only all conversion columns in listing groups. We cant see the conversions or value attributed to our product groups or brands. I find that insane! Also, a lot of the youtube metrics are missing. we cant see how the campaign videos are performing based on % of video viewed. How are you converting performance to clients without this kind of data? I am also having a hard time seeing how search, vs shopping, vs maps vs video performs. Clients really want to know that and budgets are often split by these groups. How are you managing clients with these limitations? possibly another video idea. With all that said, my test accounts are still blank in the insights tab as I need more data, so perhaps everything I hope for is in there, haha. thanks guys!

John, what’s your opinion on the following:
Start a PMAX campaign under MaxConvValue (throwing a high campaign budget & ROAS of 900%) to let the algorithm identify the highest ROAS SKUS first, then based on the result, duplicate the campaign and scale (the top performing SKUs) through MaxConversions? I always find it safer starting a new campaign under a very low CPA or a high ROAS bidding strategy first

There are a lot of things we are still testing with PM campaigns, but from what we have seen so far, as soon as we are able to see the insights from the campaign we have been constantly monitoring the data there to make regular optimizations via the asset groups and audience affinities. PM will give us all of the data we need in order to find the right users without needing to heavily segment our audience with an extremely high ROAS.

    What are the 7 networks?
    1) Search
    2) Shopping
    3) Gmail
    4) TH-cam
    5) Discovery
    6) GDN
    7) Maps

Any idea why my p max campaign not spending whole daily budget? Usually it spends around 60%, results are very good so far. I would love to scale this campaign quicker but I'm afraid I could crew it up, its only 3rd day in learning phase. Just testing it alone, all other ads are paused.

It's still in learning phase so give it a little time :)

Say I've got 3 products. Would it be best to place these into 3 separate campaigns or would I place them into 3 asset groups under 1 campaign?
My only qualm with the latter approach is, I was planning on using the asset groups to split up my audiences e.g. 1 customer list 1 interests and 1 custom segment.
I suppose I could have these 3 audiences as a separate asset group for each product but that would total 9 asset groups under 1 campaign which kinda sounds like a lot to me.
Any advice here would be greatly appreciated from anyone

    • @solutionseight
      @solutionseight  2 ปีที่แล้ว

We have the majority of our campaigns all separated by asset group rather than campaign, even if we want to use 3 different audiences for one product category, we will still break that out into different asset groups.
