Hello Olga, I’ll be moving to Las Vegas the first time after living in the Bay Area over 45 years. I really appreciate you doing this videos. Looking forward for a new life and meeting you too!
Greetings fellow Bay Area fam & welcome to Vegas! Quick Pro Tip: You’ll get a lot of shit from Vegas locals for being from California - but don’t worry, it’s only online 😂 I’ve been here for years and never ran into one of these people in real life! Best of luck on your new journey!
One of the things I really enjoy about your channel so far.............is that you don't go by a strict script. You often go off on tangents and light digressions, but that makes your content more genuine and endearing to me as it would feel too robotic and impersonal if you overly rehearsed the substance of what you say. 🙂 So I encourage you to keep doing what you're doing! 😊
This is better then most Vegas videos vlogs I’ve seen for the last 2 years Top notch very explanatory video. Have lots of family that’s lives there from Hawaii. Reason why Vegas is called the 9th island for a reason…we love it there . Thanks for the video ❤
P.S.: I currently live in Portland, Oregon and am adamant on moving to Vegas myself. I unequivocally agree with you on the weather in Vegas being vastly superior to Portland's as someone who suffers from Seasonal Affect but feels energized every time I'm in Vegas. 😇
I lived in Portland for 2.5 years after college at UofO and it definitely got tough for me at the end there. I love PDX but I really love being outside 365 days a year and you can do that in Vegas! Happy to connect if you want any help navigating the different areas of Vegas!
I am almost convinced! I am a strong candidate for a high school teaching position in Las Vegas, coming in from Seattle. Having lived in Southern California, I miss the energy the sun provides, but do not miss high cost of living… Perhaps Las Vegas can resolve that…✌️💪🏼👌
Thank you so much for this video! It certainly does open up a lot of opportunities. Being Canadian it's a little harder from what I understand to purchase in the US but am always interested in videos. I hope you get a chance to post some New Construction Videos.
As an EDM fan myself, we do technically have a lot of opportunities for music here, but there all on the strip, and EDC is just crazy too difficult to get to. I really wish we had some kind of a local nightclub, some place in Summerlin area, anything with live music for the locals on the westside would be really great
I totally agree. A few years ago I saw Rufus at the Downtown Events Center a while back and it was so fun! A lot less work versus navigating the strip clubs or EDC.
Thank you for very valuable information. I've been in open house yesterday in Las Vegas. I'm going to buy a house for tax avoidance in California. I'd rather to have a house in Las Vegas instead of paying California taxes.
My research says Nevada has no inheritance or estate taxes. Olga slips in something about having to have lived there for 3 years. I don't think that's true. New residents don't pay inheritance tax either. Can anybody clarify?
Thank you for your comment. I appreciate it. I have done additional digging and it looks like you are correct on the 3 years not being a requirement. My mistake here. It's always good to consult a tax professional on these matters as well.
This video sounds like its for young women mostly. 🤔 Classic rock bands come to Vega$ now. Electronic stuff is junk compared to it. Also, there is Boxing, UFC, Raiders, A's soon, Aces, Knights.
I regret moving here & am trying to leave. The city has no heart , it’s fake, and only cares about tourism money, There’s no sense of community because no one is “from” here. The “things to do” are mostly on the strip & way overpriced and there’s very little activity off the strip for the people who actually live here and don’t want to go anywhere near Las Vegas Blvd. And the quality of people here is pathetic. You’re way better off in the south or Midwest.

9th island…I love it!!!
When you showed the map view of Portland Oregon to Las Vegas, you chose the New Mexico one. Don’t forget your Las Vegas is in Nevada. 😉
Man I can’t wait to move here from Michigan 😍
I miss living in Vegas. Moving back may.
Nice! That's exciting to hear!☺
Incredible breakdown!!! So thorough.

@@LasVegasOlgaMorenoEvents center? Like in downtown summerlin?
Located Downtown right behind the Golden Nugget. dlvec.com
So spot on!
Two main problems:
1. Urban design/transportation
2. Government setup/Corruption
Solve those and it would be epic!
