You are earning your place bro through all the extra work and you have so much experience in this field. You are going through a probation and they are testing you if you are a keeper, and you are. Nice one Gil! Make the sacrifice for now, and once you earn your place, you'll get those better hours and be with family more often.
Hey Gil, what got you into filming day to day experiences? You have made a lot of videos that date way back in the days! Thats really cool you have memories on tape like that.
Always take the average of the job offers its a chance of getting one foot into the door .... I understand it's not an easy choice, but it's all about family support we all have to do what's important to make a life.....
Hi Gil, I've noticed in some of your older videos that you're very knowledgeable when it comes to repairing cars. Have you ever tried getting a job working on cars? I know you need to be certified to be a mechanic, but have you ever considered working for places where you don't need to be certified such as Jiffy Lube or Walmart Auto Center?
"Would you rather make money or make memories?" My girlfriend and I literally just had that conversation over dinner tonight as I have been working a ton of hours since July and rarely get a day off.
My opinion. Working a ton of hours is ok, if done once in a while. Or if someone is single and don't have kids or family, then yeah. But to work 60 hours a week all the time. Thats a NO GO for me. I'll burn out mentally. And go insane. Especially working nights, weekends and especially through the holiday months!!
I think my last day of this temporary job is next Tuesday, I've only been working there Tuesdays. I applied to a better opportunity but I'm also hoping to enlist as a military reserve.
I remember your hours were like mine i worked graveyard from 8pm to 4:30 am for me that was tough cause it would be hard to sleep during the day but if you can do it 👌
I worked 10 hr days plus a double on Saturday for a year straight, it killed me but the money was good. Why don't you apply with the city? You have a clean record, just an opinion.
For family Health Insurance costs 1200/mo and you are still not covered your Isurance company will pass you your doctors appoitments and procedures bills lol .........
Okay I get it , they just hire temps during the holiday season- they don't have to pay for unemployment for temps. You would easily have a full time job on the east coast with your experience....surviving in your state has got to be tough
Hi gilliz I have a business prop career that it's in high demand for the rest of your life, and it's a professional permanent business job, where you will Neva be jobless ever again.just ask me and I'll set you straight for life in a opportunity of a set for life.yeh it's not in L.A county it's here in San Francisco
Went from no work to overtime, wow you’re truly blessed!
you are a faithful and good reliable worker gil, i bet you will get hired for sure. God Bless 🙏🏼
My christmas lights are up...... I put them up early because x-mas goes by very quickly
This is why mental health is important.
Yikes! I thought you had gotten laid off again. 😳 Good to know that's not the case.

I am proud of you.

I’ve been working Saturdays for the last 20years
12 years for me. Put in my request for transfer to 2nd or 1st shift 😢
The money is flowing in! Make the others look weak as you impress the bosses.
Hey Gil everything sounds great. I hope you don’t have to work on the holidays but you’re doing awesome. I’m tellin ya 👻

I made a video about that the other day. I titled it "what inspired me to record my life"
@@fueledbymusic3 Really? Gonna have to check that out.

Hi Jetknight!
im in the process of finding a new job. maybe find a temp" job while i find another better one. Thanks for making vids man!
Intelligent man Gil. You totally got this. ❤you know what you’re doing. 👍🏽👍🏽
I feel the same way. Time and family are what brings out the best in people I believe
Gil. Try and get a county gig while you are temping. San Bernardino has a huge employee base. Hospitals, schools etc.
With healthcare!
I want it. Too bad I have not had luck as of now
Looking good sir....
Pace yourself…eat healthy, stay hydrated, and GET PLENTY OF REST and make time for family, definitely ❤
Glad you didn’t get laid off again and I’m glad you’re doing okay Gil. Still enjoy your videos. Have a lot to catch up on though, been busy with life.

Forklift skills are in demand.
I wanted a job like that back then. But in today's times, I miraculously lost interest

Money! Work and money are all that matters in life.

@moonbeamskfies3346 for SOME people, yeah. But its not for everybody.
Easy to say when you don't have little ones at home
Hey Gil work 40 and see how it goes if you can live off it if not work the 60 and don’t weep if it ends safe working conditions see ya next time
I can live off 30 hours. But its a guilt trip thing if I don't take advantage of the full 60

Hi yoli!
@ Hey Gil! 👋🏻
So from a business perspective this is smart. The company doesn’t have to pay full-time benefits since they label everything voluntary.
You are right! Sounds about it right there
Make that money Gil!
Apply at SB Airport.
I'm always looking on there site . They never have any openings ....
If he city sees your plated they will tow it, put the cover on it, and if you need to pass it , i know a place to smog it in rialto.
Whats the location
@fueledbymusic3 , 643 W 1st St, Rialto, CA 92376
Your shirt matches your sofa Gil
😂😂😂
LOL
Unfortunately if they decide to hire on one of the temps full time, it’ll be the person who said no to overtime and Saturdays the least.
And that's me. (the least)

I tried it. It's hard to get into some jobs if we don't know someone
@fueledbymusic3 true. Arrowhead regional medical center was hiring too gil.
I hope you're getting more for working at night.
I'm not sure. But $20.50 is not bad. More than my last job. I think it is the case in this job. More $ for night and graveyard shift

Hey Gilbert, did they give you a Severance package when you got laid off.
My old job? Yeah.
@fueledbymusic3 may I ask what was a package pay like
@gilbertvargas5606 2 months worth of regular pay.
I would rather make money.
You must be 20-something years old ❤

Freaking smog!
Sounds like the company you are working for does not have any actual employees- just temps?????
My job have a total of like 10-20 temps in the whole building actually. There is probably about 200 employees

You'll be making sad memories with no money take advantage of this overtime
Your exactly correct
Being rich is the best memory ever! Work, baby.
