My small tip would be: almost always, you should prioritize using your units to target the enemy units instead of targeting villagers. Though it can be tempting to take out villagers, wiping out the enemy army will put you farther ahead in the game. By focusing enemy units first, you increase your chance of decisively winning a fight, and can then dictate where the game goes next. I enjoy your vids, keep going! I'm ranked diamond 2 or so
Yo, great advice and from a diamond I appreciate anything you can give for sure. What civs do you play? How important do you find that micro is in the upper levels?
@@reading_books_aoe4 I mostly play French & Delhi. Micro is super important - If there is a fight happening, prioritize it over everything else! Winning or losing fights in AoE compounds big time

My thoughts exactly. I knew he was out at that big gold near the center. If I send like 3 MAA it's going to ruin his day.
