A 7 hour Re:Zero reaction, now that is peak content. Re:Zero is my favorite story ever and S2 is an absolute masterpiece. But S3 is starting off strong and will probably surpass it, considering it’s pretty much confirmed to adapt both Arcs 5 and 6 in 38 episodes. Arc 6 is regarded by many as one of, if not the greatest arc in fiction.

They’re all living beings who acquired a witch’s factor and gained a power called an Authority which manifests differently for different people even if they are the same sin I.e. Echidna and Regulus have completely different Authorities but same witch factor. The witch factor can only be passed down when the holder is dead, so yeah the current Archbishops are witches they don’t just use that name anymore because ALL of the holders are part of the witch’s cult. Also before the witches from 400 years ago there were other holders of the witch’s factors who were witches also, Garfield mentioned an old witch being a vampire in his fight against Elsa.
