Wow! I have a model 19-4 6" 'Target' just like yours. I had not seen the target version in the past. they have the superior patrige front sight and the wide target hammer and trigger. Two other interesting ones are my 1936 'Outdoorsman' in 22 lr and my model 1917 in 45 acp.. both have the long action. The 1917 was made in 1918 and is maybe 98% ?

Thank you some are and some not so much. The 1917 is in hard to believe condition. The outdoorsman is probly just a notch better than your average ones. The model 19 is just horrible Gonna polish best I can and nickel plate the whole thing. The only other Smith I got now besides my 629 is my scandium J frame in .357@@david-laurie-life8950
