When I was in kindergarten, my teacher had a book castle. Now, the castle was this big cardboard castle that was in the corner of the room. There were books inside and out of it, and anytime I got upset, I'd crawl into the castle. It wasn't a huge space, but I felt safe there. As an adult, when I'm really anxious or upset, I hide in a small space like the castle was. This song also reminds me of the castle, and I appreciate it from the bottom of my soul.
