    hello friend i have a question for you, how much minimum tractor power is needed for that press, i have a 39hp tractor is that enough?

    Maschio says on their website the minimum HP requirements are 40 for the 120 and 50 for the 150 where are you getting your numbers?

      From Me. Watch the video... I'm using a T354 which is 29 hp at the PTO to run the 4x4 baler and have for years. One of my customers has a L4760 pulling a Entry 150.
      In hills a larger tractor is required for safety reasons.

    How did you manage to get sustained power from a 30 to 35 horse tractor to keep up with that much bale because I've baled with an 85 horse running an old chain drive 4x5 baler and it took the power when it was full

      When the bale is near complete, the baler really packs the bale. The TYM T354 is probably 28hp at the PTO. It will talk back while wrapping. but does the job. 35 HP on the 4X4 no problem.

      We are out of stock again on the 2x2 because they are 2x2 balers are made in Japan. People prefer to pay more for a high quality product from a country that does not has an objective to hurt the USA. Next shipment is in July. Cost for the cheapest package is $18.3k We no longer offer a china made baler, mower or rake since the covid outbreak. Cost went up due to the container cost went up 5 times since mid last year.

    Can these balers handle wet crops like sudex that are wrapped for silage bales?

    • @smallfarminnovations4265
      @smallfarminnovations4265  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yes but you will need at least 45 at the PTO for the 120 and 50 for the `50. When we deliver a baler we cut, rake and bale wet green grass that day for customer training. In the North Eastern Part of the USA and The baler performs as expected and there are no rubber belts to slip and catch fire. We have wrapping machines available also.

      @@tlamatinis Make sure the bar in the net wrap is under spring pressure. The bar helps spread the net across the bale. Make two windrows 2ft side by side not one narrow windrow. You can use 51 inch net also but you must remove the centering plates.

      If your 39 Horsepower tractor has 30 PTO Horsepower then it will work fine. If you have a cab with Air conditioning subtract and additional 3 horsepower.
