Here in Ottawa, Canada, we call the blade you have on the grader a Starfire. We use it only for hard pack or solid ice. It will destroy asphalt very quickly.
That seemed like it took a L-O-N-G time to clear out that small area. If you had to do a whole city that way, I don't know how you would ever get done.
A grader in the snowplow truck configuration (front and side blades) as often seen in the countryside is useful (it works as a snowplow truck), a grader in grading configuration is useful in special implementations in construction of roads or other flat surfaces with GPS and other software combined)...as a snow remover it is almost useless, nothing that a regular wheel loader can't do as well or often faster and better, the grader is just not versatile enough. 👷👷☺☺😁😂🤣

実はこのあたり1月に入ってからはほとんど降っていなくて、この日初めてと言っても過言でないくらいの雪でした。
夏場にこれらと同型機を整備の為に自走で回送しています。除雪には色々手順があるのですね！どうやって除雪するんだろうと思いながら回送していましたから非常に勉強になります。ありがとうございます。
回送でもグレーダー動かせるだけですごいです。

撮影お疲れ様です。グレーダーの作業は見ていても飽きませんね😀今回はかなりアスファルトぎりぎりまで攻めていますね。僕の地元のグレーダーはブレードの前方に爪が3本付いたグレーダーがあります。その爪を下ろして固い雪を削りブレードで砕いた雪を削り取ります。
爪が3本ついたグレーダーの方が、もしかしたら普通なのかもしれないですね🤔

Why do they need 2 workers in the snowblower?
In the USA and Canada the blower is attached to a front end loader and one operator does all the work
Although it can be done by one person, it seems to be piloted by two people to improve safety.
Absolutely safer and faster.

積み込みが完了して、ダンプの方を向いていた雪を飛ばしていた部分（シュートと言います）が真正面を向いたらダンプさん出発の合図になります。
@ima311snowremoval なるほど！ ミラーでシューターの先端を見ておいて、前を向いたらアクセル踏んで離脱ですか。

建設会社の名前の書かれた除雪車も、もちろん活躍しています。
正確には道路管理者です。
国交省や道府県市町村名表示は道路管理者所有となり、業者名の場合は業者所有です。
ただし、道路管理者の除雪車でも、オペレーターの9割以上は委託請負業者です。
