Hi John, I'm seeing 12 volts at the connector but it's constant. My civic starts for a second then stalls. Would you know or have an ideal what my problem might be? Thank you for your time.

How do you tell if there if fuel at the rail?
Pumps working, injectors clicking but no fuel in the combustion chamber.

jspark plug could it be dry if something in/on the fuel rail malfundtion so fuel is making it to the rail /injecrtiord...?
