This was such an amazing story, but also strangely accurate. My husband and I, when we used to live in the streets while actively in addiction, used to talk about how some people would go "fully darkside" while lost in the streets and the darkness and the despair. Some people get so far into it, there is no coming back. It is heartbreaking, because NO ONE starts out in life in such a state. I was lucky and brave enough to make it out, but countless others are still, unfortunately, lost to the rot slowly eating their mind, their conscience, their heart, and finally their soul. Thanks for this story. I really enjoyed it.

Bravo! Seriously Mr. Davis, I know you're passionate about the true crime stories (and empathize deeply with the families affected by these terrible tragedies. That being said, you should consider narrating for audio books. You have great tempo & inflection to go along with your quality voice! I love to read (but I get migraines) so it's extremely therapudic & enjoyable to listen to you narrate stories of your own or of other authors. There's so much tragedy & mayhem in the real world (that I'm only able to listen to the true crime stuff in small doses). You're fictional or supernatural stories are another matter. I listen to them on my Roku (when going to sleep several days a week). I think my grandfather's a serial killer has to be one of the best audio stories on YT! You always do the stories justice. U have a gift my friend. I'm disappointed the bodycam security guard story doesn't have more views. I thought it was deep, intriguing & intense. Hope you keep doing the fictional supernatural stories. That true crime stuff is entertaining but it pulls at my heart strings after a while. I don't know where you find these dark and genuinely nightmarish and scary stories but I love these endless collections. I'm also surprised I haven't heard such substantial stories which could come from big name horror writers. I also like that a recurring theme is things not being as they seem and how slippery reality is in most of them. With all due respect and affection for the whole Creepypasta universe after a few years of listening a lot of stories get a little predictable. That's inevitable. It happened to rock n roll so it can happen to anything. Nothing stays fresh forever. The stories here feel like they could be the foundation for novels. Characters I actually give a sh-t about. You somehow struck gold with your writers and the narrations are just right. Awesome channel 👍 'Watch out for snakes !'. Did some MST3K watcher who loved 'Egah !' write the first story ?
It took a second of research but I see you wrote this. Fairly busting out with talent it seems. Very cool. And you sound like my favorite and most trusted newscaster whoever that may be. That makes the story believable. Spoiler alert - Turning Spires into not only a human being but a sympathetic one was a great twist.

Honestly the first half was great...the story took a nose dive as soon as the younger guy showed up and the murder plot was disclosed. The moment you give some unspeakable evil a name and a goal it becomes much less frightening.
Seriously the thumbnail on this did not do the story Justice the story deserves a better title for 2 I start listening to this to try and quickly Drift Off to Sleep guess what I'm still awake and I listen to the whole damn story because damn that was captivating
I dont usually like these amateur stories, as they come off as just that, or as too complicated, as the Author tries too hard, but this was done so well, instead of skipping ahead, I listened to it. Im glad I did, it was very good.

Honestly I think my real security job was scarier sometimes lol. I did on site and then armed patrol and while some of the 10-16 hr solo graveyard shifts could be slightly creepy sometimes it was definitely responding to random dispatches that were freaky... Like getting called to a school for a motion alarm that was supposed to be unoccupied and finding no one around... except one open door with a light on and as you clear the building all of a sudden music starts playing through the intercom. NOPE Also got a dispatch once to go back up my LT on something involving multiple subjects. Apparently they had stolen something from one of our properties and taken off so my LT and I had to come through this super densely wooded area in the dark basically waiting for people to just pop out. That was fun. Lol
Kudos to the author on having Tommy and his girlfriends head chopped off to make sure they stay dead!!! So many other stories forget to do that simple thing!! Which totally ruines the story for me!!
I was struggling so hard to figure out what that tittle meant until you said it at the beginning lol so I’m assuming it was a accidental spelling era lol
I really wish you made more long story’s like this I find my self filling any free moment in the day trying to listen to it I get so immersed in it and so upset when it ends usually abruptly. But can’t complain 😬. I suppose I won’t be satisfied with any ending seen as I want it to go on🤦🏻♂️
