The F35B Lightning II was always an RAF aircraft to perform, the F35 Jet has the most powerful single afterburner in the world producing up to 43,000Ibs of thrust but a bit less on the F35B Lightning II. This fighter jet is immensely loud and it's just unbelievable to witness it activating the afterburner quite often during its role demonstrations. One day, who knows what would the F35B Lightning II could perform next year, maybe aerobatic I hope fingers crossed 🤞🙏😁
Was there on Saturday - really enjoyed change of pace with the Norwegian Yellow Sparrows & Jordanian Falcons. Loved seeing what the C-27 could do and the Swiss F5's was a great closer for the day 😃
God, I love that sound of the harrier engines. I've never gotten the chance to see one, so I am coming to RIAT next year, and hopefully te Spanish bring it back. I heard that the Harrier is insanely loud in person.
would be coolest thing ever but i think the time money and legal aspect of re-commissioning essentially museum pieces would be too much money even if parts are available
Don’t forget to like share and subscribe guys, stay tuned for more RIAT content over the weekend! Have a great weekend 😀✈️

@@cvillalobos27 it was quite something!
A big issue is with the variable swept wing.
put an Italian anywhere you get spaghetti everywhere!

Why there's no one trying to make a single F-14 airworthy for an airshow
Actually Iran still flies them, the only ones left in the world, but I don't think RIAT invites them.
Because they don't want Iran to get spare parts for their f14s.
They're also eye waterlingly expensive to maintain just for show purposes.
would be coolest thing ever but i think the time money and legal aspect of re-commissioning essentially museum pieces would be too much money even if parts are available
@@blairthandi7058 theyd need a serious inspection before hand
For what purpose? It costs an incredible amount to recommission and maintain and fly any jet let alone one out of service for so long.
Je commente pas au toilette ! La.merd et la ! ❤😂
We were there
This is great
We have gone for years and sadly didnt think the planes were quite so many, although they were changes to the schedule
Thank you, yes it did seem shorter than usual, but the displays were still great!
