Are you referring to the one at 5:01 I think that's actually a few different stickers layered together (April was a million years ago so I don't fully remember). I think the circle and starts are a single sticker that I got from a bigger pack of stickers from Aliexpress. The heart is just a random generic sticker from a kids pack (maybe from the Dollar store?). Sorry I'm not more help.

what pen do you use in your planner that you can highlight over? It almost looks like a frixon pen?
I use a Pilot Hi-Tec C .4mm or a Sharpie S Gel .38mm. Or a fountain pen. I don't really like the Frixon pens.
