Because those 200 divisions will be put to reserved due to the combat width. Meaning only 2 or 3 divisions can enter the front line. Lux has weak default templates, and they can't reinforce faster than their lack of defence

Well, presumably you still have whatever surplus you had in vanilla. thats why the allies have an advantage, more starting divisions is better here because they are essentially more free equipment and manpower. the german industrial beast and manpower reserves are irrelevant here, hence why poland and the benelux could hold the line.

Plus it lacks the attrition tab of Soviet union too, as it moves lot of divisions for the east to the west and opposite too, a d the garrison all coasts when most of those got 0 logistic😅 always good to have division with 0 org and equipment due to attrition (unless Paradox made its AI build logistics at some point, last time I played till 1950 (I wanted a Nato vs me soviet😂 my fighters were better so I had an advantage holding the line and destroying their whole airforce first before invading with my cas), most modern countries, with tag command, still had the same logistic nothing build and they had their whole territory almost fully built so except for radar infrastructure anti air and ports, logistic should be built to the max and yet no, but lot of bunkers&airbase built everywhere to lv10😅)
