Because i just don't cross a lot during the match. I tend to pass the ball a lot and stay on ground mostly. I even don't cross from corners a lot. And also because my LB RB are on fullback defend , they don't go down the wing. My RM LM are are inside forward so they don't go down the wing neither.
You didnt use him right, use a 433(2) and just shoot, no finesse or power shot, just shoot button. And for corners try to get him directly infront of the goal and he heads everything. Also crosses from the keeper straight to him he wins 9/10 times and can head it back to your midfield 💪🙏
