IGAS2022 | Lithrone GX40 advance Package Solutions

IGAS 2022 (International Graphic Arts Show) was held at Tokyo Big Sight in Japan from November 24 to 28. Komori built a Smart Factory in our booth under the concept of "Connected Automation :Opening Doors to Production Innovation.
In the Packaging Solutions, the latest Lithrone GX40 advance demonstrated "Super Short Makeready," which switches between two jobs for special color packages at high speed. Please also take a look at the high value-added printing with the double coater, which expands the range of printing expression.
[Super Short Makeready to minimize makeready time]
KOMORI's unique the replaceable ink fountain system and coater Semi-APC automate manual operations and greatly reduce the operator's workload. Independent drive of the inker/coater enables color change and coater plate change to be performed in parallel during plate change and ink roller washing, greatly reducing makeready time.
