Hi, I have a question: after using shape builder tool and trimming off the excess lines, do we need to merge the lines together to color it as shapes? I have followed your steps but somehow when I try to color it only picks up the "lines" only, not as "shapes" like 3:03. Maybe I'm missing something out.
Hello , thank you for reaching out . Sorry I skipped a step . Using the shape builder tool I simply clicked inside of each “shape” . I then colored each one individually. After I expanded the whole shape and got rid of the corner excess . If you look closely around that time , the strokes of each line over lap causing these little triangles at the end . Please reach out if the issue persists.
