Unlocking this song the original way has to be one of the most tedious things you can do in any rhythm game. Thank God songs are made purchaseable again.
One of the very few songs from the later mixes that really feels danceable, and they still flood the charts with all the holds. Boy do I miss the old times' stepcharts.

What do you do for the stream of notes at 0:38 and 1:38? I’m still pretty new to the game and struggling with stuff where you have to twist or spin to hit the notes
I think you just power through the twists. Keep your left leg on the center pad and use your right leg to rapidly twist almost your entire body to hit the corner notes. Also, I found it useful to let go with the hand that is on the same side as the foot that is doing the movement (right side in this instance). It takes a bit of getting used to, but it’s a really fun movement once you get it down.

How to unlock it?
You're meant get 86 SSS (as shown on your AMPass stats); however, I just unlocked it at 82 SSS because I had already purchased the S12 step chart the day before.
I therefore surmise that the actual unlock requirements are as follows:
86 SSS, if 0 "86" Step Charts Purchased
82 SSS, if 1 "86" Step Chart Purchased
78 SSS, if 2 "86" Step Charts Purchased
74 SSS, if 3 "86" Step Charts Purchased
70 SSS, if 4 "86" Step Charts Purchased
Needless to say, it was very tedious doing Ugly Dee S3 60 times just to unlock the rest.
Really want this song. But 86 SSS is not worth to try. Pump machine is not free :(

So it's s15? Though the chart has more various footswitch and more combo than nakakapagpabagabag s15, so i think it's normal
16 is fine imo, too hard for a 15 and too easy for a 17
