I think it's because alot of the CN VAs interact with each other outside of the job. The EN side hires alot of independent voice actors while CN have voice actors under the same company. They seem to be pretty tight knit compared to the EN ones. So it makes sense you'll see the CN side less scripted since they're more comfortable with each other. Some of the CN VAs also genuinely like playing the game and interact with the community. Meanwhile alot of the EN VAs don't really touch the game.

The only English VA who ever sounded like they really actually having fun and totally unscripted had to be Khoi/Albedo's eng VA back in 2.4 lmao. I hope they bring him to the English versions of these more often.
