kind of a shame this build doesn't use the super combo of "you saw nothing" and "robbed blind" of the pickpocket tree. The amount of money that can be made with those is insane. just go to a crowded are and use the "you saw nothing" power and you will have at least 10 people illuminated with thief's eye. So much stuff to pickpocket.
My current run is a Legacy of the Dragonborn one and i had a similar build as this. Instead of Khajiit i went with Argonian, with Imperious you can just run indefinitelly and thanks to light armor perks you're never out of stamina: Pickpocket, Lockpicking and sneak as main skilltrees. Since i wanted to give the duellist vibe to the character, i wnet with Onehanded, Block and Light Armor; no shield or spells in the offhand, dodge and parry (timed block) playstyle, you can disarm Power Attackers (twohanded mostly) and stagger mages/archers. Windshear as main weapon, since you bash so many times, you may throw someone to the ground and pick thir pockets mid battle (just for fun) and if you want, you can end the battle there and run. With Utter Unique mod the thieves guild armor gives a nice all set bonus that allows you to automaticaly pickpocket gold from every NPC in range (and give experience besed on the gold stealed) but you can still activelly use Thief's Eye and get those sweet sweet gems and jewels.
Easily my favorite build I had a build kinda like this but I had 800k gold at lvl 21 and a lot of perk points I was able to fill every single branch by lvl 85
So, what I did for this build was enchant a set of gear with the enchantment from summermyst that gives you gold per hour then I just waited massive quantities of time till I could get a perk. Once I had high enough enchanting it wouldn't take very long to do so. After a certain point I just started wearing the armor whenever I wasn't in combat allowing me to generate massive quantities of gold passively. When combined with the appropriate apparel, and an infinite storage space getting huge amounts of money was more of an issue of selling everything I had.

A power hungry sneaky vampire :D (I essentially came up with a mix of this build and Nightmare Lord as my first build after reading trough all Enai Mods). I just wanted to leave the suggestion to also max out the second to left branch and go for "Robed Blind". It adds the Thief's Eye ability to your You Saw Nothing ability. In essence you can walk into a full common room at an inn, pop You Saw Nothing and get 5-10 targets with Thief's Eye buff. As you can use it once a day it really explodes your income and it almost makes Crime Wave obsolete. I leave it to own judgment which one is more role-playing friendly :) But it it feels fabulous to use it in the throne room of the Blue Palace!
To level up pickpocket extremely fast with relative ease I advise getting training then pickpocketing the gold you spend repeatedly, not only does this get you free skill training in skills other than pickpocket it will also let you get most if not all skills to level 50 with 100 pickpocketing. Then in combination with the tower stone, and some good gear you can easily make your character extremely powerful with little effort. I also advise using honed metal for this build as it will let you buy armor, and of course you'll join every guild in the game.
interesting build, I never actually played a stealthy character, so I decided to go for this one for my last skyrim playthrough before taking a break for a while, gotta say.....if not for inigo....I'd be one screwed khajit 😂, it's really frustrating not spending perks to combat like you're used to early on

Racial Abilty Amphibious: Become harder to detect and move faster after swimming. Histborn: Rapidly regenerate Health, Magicka or Stamina below a threshold. Marsh Dweller: Swim much faster and breathe underwater. Quest reward - Loot 4 underwater chests to unlock Caustic Spit: 1/day - Spit a corrosive jet that reduces armor and magic resistance. Breton: Health: 95 Magicka: 105 Stamina: 100 Health regeneration: 0.75% Magicka regeneration: 3.125% Stamina regeneration: 4.75% Carry weight: 300 Racial Ability Grail of Betony: Find a lost artifact that grants Magicka and Stamina regen. Spell Mantle: Resistance to magic, and absorb most incoming spells at low Magicka. Stones of Galen: Each standing stone grants its own bonus effect. Modding or not, Breton always Jack all of trade. we can to be anything we want. just look Breton NPC in Skyrim: Delphine (kinda warrior / spellsword class), Delvin and Mercer Frey (Thieves class), Phinis Ghestor (Mage class). I'm not fan all about thieves stuff (prefer mage though) but this build quite good. roleplay wise, not too strong or weak, and of course, very unique build. You're doing great, continue the good work man !
What are those colored lines that appear when you approach an enemy in combat? (13:56 , 14:04 , 17:43 ...) also what is that cloak spell? (I have all the mods that you put in the description, but I don't know the name of the things that I have asked you before :D)

Hey there, been playing this build for several hours with your slower uncapper settings and i'm having lots of fun, but i think the nerf to Pickpocket level up was unecessary, since it becomes a nightmare to level up without trainers. I had to cheat to get from 90 to 95 and then use the oghma infinitum to get to 100. How did you get to 100 pickpocket without cheats with your settings?
Heya! I had no issues after a long-time testing and walkthrough. Maybe you have some other experience modifiers, especially for sneak skills. Anyhow, feel free to adjust my uncapper values, this can be done anytime without any damage to your save.

It's Soul Cairn :D Dawnguard DLC locations had no map markers in vanilla game, they do have with Atlas Map Markers mod.
