I was on verge of a panic attack all day at work. Made it home after picking up kids from daycare but then I couldn't hold it in anymore. After a good cry, almost an hour with Abby and a nice nap, I almost feel dementia, functional at least. Thank you Abby for comforting and supportive presence! I wish everyone a relaxing weekend and strenght to overcome what ever you have going on in your life. You are important and worthy of compassion!

It’s so hard sometimes to keep up with even the little things and all the pressure can tend to make me feel like I’m being lazy! But I do so much!
