Man I needed to hear that this morning.I didnt realize that was Evan from Biohazard at first, I just wanted to see what the tattooed guy had to say as I am one myself. Im starting over at 48 years old. Lost my fiancé, house, bank account. Started an ecommerce website that is getting zero sales. Im focused on lack and scared of the space im currently occupying. I will certainly get in touch with Mantorship. Sometimes you need to be lifted up by others. Thank you Adam and Evan
Sounds familiar. My ecommerce business cost me every last dime and put me in debt. Can't get hired, not even an interview in my field due to agism. (55) Delivering pizza and spiraling downward as my motivation is near zero even though I'm desperate not to be homeless. Good times! Meanwhile the world at least America is going to hell fast. Rich getting richer, poor filling the streets. I hope it works out.
😀 Almost same word by word - here in Hungary. I grew up on Biohazard, now I'm 41. From one day to another, wife leaved, loosing business etc. But after a few month I started to get realise myself, and now these communities flashing up... Love it
Just turned 50 today. Im white and grew up near bensonhurst, coney island, brighton beach in the 70s 80s. The fact we are still alive blows me away. Life is good in Florida. Been here since 97. Wish you success once again!
I met Evan years ago here in Florida when he did a tour , I can’t remember who he performed with, I wanna say it was either hatebreed or full blown chaos!! But Evan was a humble guy, very polite and takes care of his fans
Awesome interview sir. 👍 Evan is such a humble, polite dude. His positive energy is infectious. And WELCOME BACK BIOHAZARD! Please never leave us again! 😆
This guy changed my life. My best friend went to ozzfest 99, at PNC Bank arts center in NJ. He saw Evan walking around and introduced himself. Evan mentioned they just got back from a European Tour w/ Metallica and their first show was the the following night at Bitch Hill night club. My boy calls me up later that night and tells me we're going to see Biohazard. I was stoked. I was very familiar with them from headbangers ball and skate videos etc. plus I owned the judgement night soundtrack. But remember, I'm just a kid.13 years old. We pull up to the club and are standing in line and Evan walks by, he's having a conversation on one of those oldskool Black flip phones, stops and looks at my friend and says "James, you made it!" And daps my best friend up and introduced himself to me! As he walked away my whole life changed and I immersed myself into hardcore/punk! These bands id go to see, every single one of them hung out with the kids and answered dumb questions, took photos signed merch! I eventually started my own hardcore band and went on tour, recorded multiple releases! All because I wanted to be Evan to someone else! Thanx Evan! East Coast Hardcore forever!
NYHC lives. I've seen Biohazard play a small , studio show in Jersey City to CBGB's, to La'Mour's to festivals. I'm glad to see Evan is at peace. His lyrics are tatted on me and I live by them. " The only lessons that you learn are the things that you regret"- Urban Discipline
I'm a Biohazard fan for years. But I needed the help support system he speaks of a few years back after my divorce. Though it was a friendly one I felt lost as a person. The life change. Evan hits on so many relative points. Ty.
Another Evan Seinfeld story. I attended the vans warped tour in New York as a young teenager with my brother and father. We had just got off the subway and were walking over to the arena when someone matching Evan’s description come walking the other direction. He holds up a couple of backstage passed and says “hey guys. I gotta go already- you want these?”. We didn’t realise who it was at first and assumed it was some scalper so we said no. It was only later it dawned on us who it was and what we had missed out on…
I saw them in the mid ninties in my hometown Kiel in north germany. The mosh pit was crazy...I never saw such a sprawling chaos of band and fans having fun together. They just decided to play another concert for the people for free the next day. Insane! Cool people
Biohazard is a legendary band that was under the radar for too long. They started a sound that every Nu-metal had ripped off from them, and they deserved to be recognized for changing the music landscape.
Saw him with Biohazard the first time back in '92 at the legendary "Longhorn" in Stuttgart,Germany and they destroyed it!!!!! After that many more times (including the legendary 1995 show at the famous Dynamo Open Air!!!!) and they never dissapointed!!!!! Thanks for that and nice to see, that he's doing allright!!!! Greetings from Stuttgart,Germany!!! Peace!!!
i have been a biohazard fan since the Urban Discipline days...wonderful, intense, from the streets, kind of scary music. but it was and still is a brotherhood...He played the badass in Oz, a massive iconic metal figure, married to at least 2 porn stars.......his humbleness is the absolute opposite of his hardass, tattoo'd exterior. i love this episode.. its cool to be vulnerable. never give up. and always do what is best for you. and lastly---TREAT OTHERS HOW YOU WANT TO BE TREATED.
Remember seeing them back in around 2000 with some other bands. Think it was ‘tattoo the planet’ tour. Kinda liked their music but their live show was what blew me away. Just that alone must’ve won a lot of new fans . THEN they did a meet and greet right out in the entrance area. Just chatting with everyone and giving stuff away to kids. Man they were impressive. It was clearly something to be a Biohazard fan.

Fun story. I met you in Denmark in 1994. Roskilde. Only one day festival called Heyday. All bands had their own trailer with food and beer. You came in to Suicidals trailer. I was there with some friends. Rocky from Suicidal was there. Red hot chilipeppers came around but left. There were a food fight. You and me talked about the military. I was in the Swedish airforce. You gave me your number I'm the US and said. Just come over and just hang. Life went on and I didn't call but I remember that moment and often tell the story. It made me feel good. So if you want to feel that you gave something positive, well there we go. We filmed the small party and the whole show from stage. Good that you are on a good path. I'm trying to.
