I have a challenge idea. I wonder how far you can go if you are limited to having only the amount of a single stack of items. For example, you can only have a stack of 40 grass for an entire playthrough. If you use any grass, you cannot ever replenish it. If you decide to make rope, you have 37 grass left. If you can find rope naturally, via failed survivor, it does not count as using grass. This means you need to be extremely careful with doing Pearl's quests, as you either have to bend the rules to fix her house, or forgo fixing her house. One other note, you are allowed to make as many tools/crockpot dishes as the challenge can provide. Just thought it would be interesting to see how far one can go with the hard cap of materials.
Love the challenge idea! Cant wait to see what other challenges you can think of with regular DS. Good luck with this one, I would not commit to those daily bat waves!!
In my own personal canon, Maxwell was surprised when he was brought to a world of complete darkness, and set out on a mission to bring the light back. Unable to enact any rituals to bring the sun back, Maxwell turned to the moon and succeeded. Though this meant well for Maxwell and the creatures of the main island; over in hamlet it had less welcomed effects… (You can use this if you want)
I would like to add a caveat to your buying thing. The moment you find elder mandrake, you must steal to get your items. A caveat to that, if the store doesn't restock after you hammer. Let the idea go

@@TheBeard777 With these method you can kill Iron Hulk very quickly. I haven't tried it on a Ancient Herald but it might work.

Vampire Bats have 130HP, so the only way to kill them in one shot is a Dark Sword (or Cutlass Supreme) on 290+ hunger, I believe.
