I had an ice pack over my forehead and head Sunday than again Monday morning I thought was the lack of sleep due to pain in my back from scar tissue .holding me in bondage is what I called it .Scar tissue really is wrapped around the nerve choking it . Thank you the headache actually left today after 2 days .
