Well put Dr. Dan Gikonyo👍, "the government exists to serve the people not the other way round where people exist to serve the government." That's true leadership in deed.

These gentlemen are oizing wisdom. Mature minds discussing the value of good leadership...and yes, they are all calm. No shouting, taking turns to make useful contributions. I am proud of this crop of leaders. The 'Sipangwingi' category truly need some mentorship.

Very intelligent and visionary stuff from Hon. Dalmas Otieno Anyango! Hopefully the people of Migori can give him a chance to serve them as their Governor.

I like the way Mutahi relates to Kibaki in a humorous way.

    Kagwe say the truth bwana
The current president is not focused on building Kenya
If that was the case, we would be very far after kibaki retired

A nation needs a sober leader, educated and one who understands the dynamics of Economic growth and development, how to approach and handle economic challenges as well
Otherwise anyone can be on the top seat and end up understanding nothing within and across your cycle of management which is dangerous and can plunge a country into an economic disaster and end up being non competitive even to the less developed countries

I am also of that calibre
Any meaningless debates I don't even take into
I better keep silent or just act like I am not in the room
I value content in what is being put across

C's Kagwe has told an important point about continuity of what your predecessor started. If you come in and start another government project leaving behind the one that had started it's useless.
