Oh Dear Reem...this pile #1 was so amazing! At the moment I saw this reading I was in blind panic at how I would ever be able to pay my bills now that my husband passed 2 weeks ago. It is so wild that you specifically said "coming out of the smoke" in Pile 2, because I've been dealing with a situation/conflict around my living space that I have been struggling to know how to handle, regarding cigarette smoke coming into my unit from others and triggering my autoimmune symptoms (and frankly, really upsetting me- that this keeps happening). My entire life, growing up, I didn't know how to stand up for myself because of childhood abuse, and now that I've learned how I often over-correct, and it's hard for me to know when it's time to give people a chance and when it's time to call "bullshit." Ah just perfect. I kept being reminded but wouldn't take the hints. 2 times singed my arm and fingers while cooking and then almost closed the door on my finger. I was being asked to relax, but I kept trying to do everything just like you. The burn and the pain were not the messages but manifestations of my non alignment. The messages were before that. My feelings of mild anxiety, thinking and planning in my mind......gosh. I really let myself go today.

It is so wild that you specifically said "coming out of the smoke" in Pile 2, because I've been dealing with a situation/conflict around my living space that I have been struggling to know how to handle, regarding cigarette smoke coming into my unit from others and triggering my autoimmune symptoms (and frankly, really upsetting me- that this keeps happening).
My entire life, growing up, I didn't know how to stand up for myself because of childhood abuse, and now that I've learned how I often over-correct, and it's hard for me to know when it's time to give people a chance and when it's time to call "bullshit." I was not raised in an environment that taught me these things, so I have been trying to learn them.
It's difficult because I don't want to cause conflict and I also want my basic needs to be respected. I'm tired of having to fight for it, but I also need to be more careful in expressing it and to not let my behavior be ruled by my triggers or negative emotions. I have a lot to reflect on, and I'm grateful for the message. I hope I can figure out how to keep improving and healing...
