Thanks for sharing, beautiful when it's fully winter and exploring nature. I was wondering, are you not making use of the rule for thirds to help guide the eye with the subject in focus?
I'm not sure what rule you are referring to. The compositional rule of thirds or the: focus one third into the compostion for best overall focus rule. But what I can say is that I do consider both "rules" for almost every shot. If I use it or not is a different question.
@@ThomasRaskPhoto ah yes, sorry the "rule of thirds" for composition i.e. using the grid in the display to help aiming for that. I just want to learn more and thought maybe the house would have been placed in left or right upper crossing point at @4:48 for example.
Regarding the trees @3:19 I wonder if a more shallow DOF and focusing on a middle tree would work there, to have trees out of focus before and after (or only the ones in background for a softer background highlighting only one or fewer trees).

Det var +7 grader och lite duggregn när jag var ute med kameran idag. Inte mycket till vinterkänsla här i Skåne, så det var trevligt att se lite fina vinterbilder i dagens avsnitt. Själv tycker jag att det kan vara svårt att få till bra vinterbilder när det är mycket snö. Antingen blir det för lite mönster eller för mycket. Jag vill önska dig ett riktigt Gott Nytt År.
