You should introduce a new "prize" and when a person holds out until the end offer them a choice of the set "winners food" or allow them to switch it for an item they passed on, so many times we see them manage to hold out but look disappointed by the actual winning dish! Not in this one obviously but in previous ones for sure! You could even introduce it as an alt card to the "eat without punishment" card!
