    Great lesson, the small and tall became two sides of the same coin, flowing from each other. My back felt really flat on the bed at the end of the lesson. Thanks so much.

    Thank you for this subtle and fabulous lesson. In the last part when you said "let go of even thinking it" , I felt a primal embryonic pattern, like a pulse really of shifting between my lower abdomen and my spine. and I was all fluid.

    Wow! The shock of realising that "small" is somehow a habitual pattern in my body, and how constricting it is... And a question for you: how would it be for you to look more at the camera?

    Hello Tiffany, I am determined to free myself of anxiety and chronic pain by these methods and to do so patiently and kindly toward myself (very difficult for me as I am weary of the pain). Which video is next after this one would you suggest for me? Anxiety and head, neck and shoulder pain are my main issues. Could you respond to me if u have a moment

    I am interested on not focusing on the problem as you mention but what about being in the world and focusing a problem - like say in math class where I can't space out. I wish I could not focus directly using only my brain and get a better result. I am interested in using different parts of myself to increase understanding. Is there a Feldenkrais approach to integrating and maximizing parts of myself in the world?

      Yes that is the whole Feldenkrais method!
