Yeah, I have a kitten with me and I just don’t know how I’ll live without her or her brothers and sister or mum who I love all so much, and and this music is beautiful but it also gives a feeling, like something pulling down your stomach, a feeling of need, of grief, and that’s why I love it. Not only is it calming but it has a meaning, cherish what you have, nothing lasts forever. Not even you and me. Make the most of it.

I had a kitten named Patch. Every night I'd play this for him and he'd fall asleep instantly. I was the one who had took him in and he then started believing i was his blood mother. And with that I treated him like my son. He would always do his best to cheer me up. But... unfortunately...he had passed away when he was only 4 months old... everytime I hear this it reminds me of him...he was the Sweetest kitten you'd ever get to know 💜

I just got my cat 4 days ago. It’s been keeping me up all night and day with his meowing !!! It’s night time and I just want a good rest. He’s a very clingy boy! If no one is with him he starts meowing so I sit in this room with him until he falls asleep. This helped so much!

I put a little box in my bed for my kitten, so she can sleep close to me, but in her own space and it really helped alot. She comes up by herself and just lays in her box and falls asleep.

i recommend giving him a heating pad or hand warmers! my little kitty girl does the same thing , please don't get frustrated at them if it really comes down to it maybe let them sleep with u?my cat is in heat right now and is having a hard time sleeping so i sometimes have to go out in the living room with her and i know that u don't wanna wake up in the middle of the night or such but if that doesn't work for u then maybe get a white noise thing for them! my cat meows outside my door when im in there so i gave her my laundry room and she knows that 9:45 is bedtime i usually shut the door and put on the fan for her. and when they starts meowing if u haven't already i would recommend letting him out sorry that this is really long! have a great day\morning

I played this for my sweet cat, Brody, when he was lethargic and suffering. On our way to the vet, we played this for him in the car. He stayed overnight there and then in the morning we found out all his organs were failing. My final goodbye to him was me petting him with catheters all over his body and this in the background. RIP Brody.

Cheese Puff: that's really very young to lose a cat to kidney failure --I'm so sorry you lost your fur baby. I've rescued and raised over 35 cats in my house over the last 40 years. In the early years we didn't know too much about cat food: what was good, bad or just in between. Male cats especially need a LOT of water - not milk. People still somehow think that cats need cow's milk (or other milk) to drink - but they don't. They need fresh water all of the time AND a very good quality cat food (at least the best you can afford, while realizing that a lot of people can't afford the best). There are special 'k/d' foods meant for cats with kidney problems, but it's best to avoid those problems in the first place if at all possible. by avoiding the worst foods (there are online sites where we can all check to see what garbage some companies put into their pet food --you'd be amazed, as I was). In those early days I too lost my beloved babies at the ages of 11 and 13. Now, most of my cats live into their 20's. My oldest, JenniPurr died last year at 23! Two others: Kira and Chloe, were 20 and 21 when they finally left us - mostly just old age at that point. I hope your Lucy lives a much longer and happier life. You won't forget Bossy...each time I lose one of my babies --it's as deep a grief as any human passing. We just have to grieve and get through it until the hurt eases after a while. When you can finally look at photos/videos of him without crying too hard, then you'll know you're finally ready.
@Daisy Alvarez Don't allow anyone to tell you that losing a furbaby is any different from grieving for anyone else in your life. Trust me, the pain is just as deep - and can last even longer, because we know they don't comprehend what's going on. I've been through it more times than I care to remember (I also have rescue dogs who've passed away). I've cried buckets of tears as I held them at the vets' office--but that's the final dignity I can give them, knowing they're in MY arms and not a strangers'. It will also help you heal, knowing that your pet knew you were there right up until the last second. Yes, it will hurt horribly, but we do heal - eventually. I have a friend who immediately gets another pup - to help her deal with her pain, but for me it takes a while. We're all different: no way is 'wrong'. Trust your heart and never forget your pet --all the love we give always comes back to us in one form or another.

Everyday you all wake up always think of your animals no matter what. Hug them, give them kisses, and love them like it's your last. Because you never know when they are gonna go and when there time is up. I wish I had at least one more day with my kitten before he had to go
